Welcome to Tuscaloosa Tumbling Tides!
Tuscaloosa Tumbling Tides is one of the largest state-of-the-art gymnastics facilities in the state of Alabama. Our 20,000 square foot facility offers a large training area, a separate fully equiped preschool room, and an all-purpose room that is both air-conditioned and heated for year round comfort while each child participates in their favorite activity. Our goal at Tuscaloosa Tumbling Tides is to provide a safe environment for learning and fun while building self esteem and confidence. We believe that we have a program for every child. Our programs allow 2 year olds through college age adults to participate in activities such as gymnastics, tumbling and cheer, private lessons, and birthday parties.
